  • Optional AI/OCR input (if enabled): Images you choose to process for text extraction.

  • We do not collect your contacts, location, browsing history, or any unrelated personal data.

We use your data only to provide and improve the app:

  • Create, store, and manage your lists

  • Process text or images when you use AI/OCR features

 

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

3. AI and OCR Features

If you choose to use AI‑powered list creation:

  • Images or text you submit are processed locally.

  • They are used only to extract text and generate list items.

  • They are not stored, reused, or used to train models.

If you do not use these features, no images or text are sent anywhere.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your lists are stored securely on your device.

  • We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Third‑Party Services

While not currently implemented, the app may use trusted third‑party services for:

  • Crash reporting

  • Analytics (anonymous only)

  • AI/OCR processing (only when you explicitly use those features)

 

These services follow their own privacy policies and comply with industry standards.

6. Children’s Privacy

List Happens is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Choices

You can:

  • Delete lists or items at any time

  • Choose not to use AI/OCR features

  • Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data
